After training in French kitchens, Vincent moved to London in the 90s and honed his skills in various busy French bistros.
Making the move to Cornwall early 2000's, Vincent took on various head chef roles but when Covid hit it was time to say goodbye to the busy commercial kitchen environment and Bien Manger was born from his home kitchen.
Today Vincent can be found at his prep-kitchen 'La Cabane' in Penryn, not only mixing up some French magic, but also hosting regular events and gatherings.
When he's not prepping in his kitchen or cooking up some croques at the weekly local market, Vincent can be seen walking his beloved Goldie Cooper on the local beaches.
